Confidence

Some days my confidence is shot to the ground like stardust 
can't pick it up 
Sometimes I feel so inadequate 
So small....unworthy 
Other times I remind myself of my worth 
I can be bright, beautiful and kind if not grumpy sometimes 
For the most part I'm good at heart 
It hurts me to see the weight gains and imperfections staring at me 
why must I feel this low....too often for my comfort zone 
Reality is tough and hard to grasp
