Poem -

Confined

I am black and grey but I see color. I am caged but I see freedom. I am drowning but I can breathe. I am falling but i have wing. I am sinking but I can stand. I am frozen in my own head, in my unsaid thoughts, untouched fears, my unspoken words I am becoming trapped in the vast memory of my own existence I am incapable of escaping the constant cycle of being in my head. I am becoming these untouched fears the unspoken words and the unsaid thoughts. I am encased by them.
