CONFUSED

                      Love, should it be
Flashing bolts of lightning and rumbling claps of thunder?
                        Or should it be
Dancing, flickering lights and the whisper of wind?

                           Love, does it 
Carry me on the clouds above the whole world so I can see below?
                              Or does it
Twirl me head over heels and leave me temporarily blind?

                        Love, will it cause
My heart to pound against my chest as long deep breaths I breath?
                          Or will it cause
My heart to flutter in my throat, absorbing air through my skin?

                          Love, do I feel
Flooding waters swirl me 'round, rushing with a roaring sound?
                            Or do I feel
Like a merry-go-round, up and down with fairyland music in the background?

             I've experienced all a time or two,
                  always fun and so exciting,
                        But what is love?
