Constant Love
Thoughts turn to years gone by
So much to make you laugh or cry
It all seems to have happened so fast
I know that only love was meant to last
It was a soothing hand through change
Love was the driving force to never wane
It's been there when all seemed bleak
Love has lifted me when I felt so weak
It's been a trusted companion to reassure
Love always remaining so stout and pure
How different life would have been for me
If love had not graced me with its dignity
I am so thankful for all that love has done
I am grateful love's with me in all to come.
