This mask you’ve made,
Keeps you sane,
Or to fit in with reality.
So why has your real identity peaked out?

Hiding behind tears gives power,
While leaving you demented.
The  sadness is contagious,
Spreading like cancer cells.

Happiness once upon the time is stiff,
Cause all you know is fear,
Leaving you besties with terror,
While attempting to keep emotions darkly in check.

Years of living like this,
Keep you spinning all these lies,
That claw to spread their peace,
