Contradicting Feelings

Love and Grace
Never win
Hate and dismay
Are always within

When she left
Depression won
Bringing me down
To a heart unknown

She came to me
Sadness in her eyes
When she knew
She hurt me inside

She swore she never knew
All the sadness brought
Little did she know
She was the hurting one
