There's shady areas
That make you hide
My stubbornness
Makes you cry.

You try hard
To love dearly
I won't deprive you
Of your feelings

The devil confides
In my sin
You feel like
You'll never win

I look at the Bible
But fall astray
You know inside
You tried and prayed.
