CONUNDRUM

CONUNDRUM

I have traveled, long hard roads
Sailed atop, those stormy seas
Climbed the highest mountain tops
And dwelled among the forest trees

I have felt the pangs of love
And the angst of death's release
Served, in the carnage of world war
Then rejoiced, when there came peace

I have studied, life's conundrum
And as proof, have many P.H.D.'s
And yet, after all I've seen and learned
I still...........can't find my keys
