Core

Core

You are the tissue that grows my skin and keeps my frame whole,
the arteries that flow blood to my heart and keep my life beating,
the serotonin that uplifts my thoughts, my darkness and brightens up the gray with color,
the marrow that keeps my bones strong, unbroken and sturdy,
the clarity that lights the way to my inner core and soul!
My children, my mind, body and soul, my life and my death!
