Cowards not Terrorists

Cowards not Terrorists

Cowards, not terrorists, Call them what they are

Not Martyrs, killers of babies, children both near and far

Cowards, not terrorists, Call them what they are

How much courage does it take to mow downย people in cars and trucks

How much courage does it take to be armed with all kinds of ammunition

like a sniper and shoot down cops like sitting ducks

How much courage does it take to shoot unsuspecting people in a show or school

To kill and brutalize with a heart of hate

Fly into buildings, blow up people having fun running in races is beyond cruel

Oh you say, it is for what I believe in, I have courage to take my own life

Or they deserve it, they hurt me, I am angry

They will pay with a gun, bomb, or knife

Cowards that is what terrorists are

Even an old woman could drive a truck through a crowd of people, shoot cops

Plant bombs in crowds and kill people near and far

Some say, my God wants to rid the world of infidels and heathens, then what is left

What is left? People like you who kill children who don't understand

Don't even know their place in the world yet

Cowards, not terrorists,ย not Martyrs

Cowards willing to kill babies, children, mothers and fathers

Cowards let us call them what they are

Cowards

Thanks so much Tony. ย I just woke up yesterday and could not do anything else until I wrote this and got it off my mind. I wish I had put that in how you said it, "who would be left to rule the world, COWARDS!" ย You are the best, thanks

Hello Sis Shirley...

I often wondered the same thing...

What would they be like for real without their guns and ammo?

If it was one on one ?

Would they actually be nice and with a good heart within?

Great write!ย

Thank you for sharing...

Hugs and Smiles!ย

Hi Shirley,

I totaly agree with you. It always bothered me that too much attention is focased on the insanity of the cowards and not enough for the victums that are forced to face life in the aftermath of senseless crimes.ย

Well written :) Dan

Hi Shirley,

This is so well written and beautifully well thought out, and it shows clearly that you have spent a lot of time thinking deeply about this. The media are a serious problem because they only tell us what they want us to hear, they don`t focus on the victims and that is just playing into the terrorists hands who don`t give a damn who they kill!

You have done an excellent piece of work here and you clearly get the reader thinking studiously about the world and the atrocity`s that are happening.

Well done

G xx
