Reality splintered by emotional fragility
while trapeze flying no safety net to see
Joined the Circus for a better life to know
full of excitement no sadness or anguish on show
Climbing the rope with feet sure to grip
hanging from the bar his sanity now to slip
Now to swing and catch make no mistake
and oblivious she swung her life for his to take
Dropping like a stone at love's unrequited floor
his hands answered her betrayal and evened the score
Crazy illusional of his love being returned
her laughing loudly his proposal cruelly spurned
Her heart belonged elsewhere for the Elephant trainer
her death a tragic accident though truly a 'Crazy love' no brainer!
