Culmination of Everything
a prayer for the 25th wedding anniversary of Lena and Gilbert, inspired by Larry Ran's " The Night The Earth Stood Still "
25 years ago when Cupid did not miss its golden arrow,
25 years ago when Lena and Gilbert exchanged vows before God,
It seems like only yesterday,
but their fire of love still burning eternally,
today is their 25th wedding anniversary.
somehow we still think of them as a newly wedded couple,
maybe because they are just about the most devoted couple we know,
a love like a strong thick petals abloom,
no one can ever rip and trample.
almighty God, thank you for being always there in the midst of their journey,
years they have shared: in riches. poorer, good times and bad,
Bless this couple with your love, grace, and mercy.
Congratulations Lena and Gilbert, and may the years ahead bring you continued joy, contentments, and remain forever in
BLISS!!!
