Cultured & Conscious Emotion

If I manipulate you, and you fathom, and you respond, and
I get my way: is this research? To know a response, and
Receive such a response: is this not manipulation? But what
If said response is opposite of favored response: is this not

Research?—unfavorable as it may be! Indeed, this is opted
Research: (to seek x and get y): what for?—for it points to
An anomaly. To explain. “Normal” points to expected; and
Abnormal speaks to deviation from the expected; thus, if I

Curse you, and you curse me: this is expected; but if I curse
You, and you walk away: this is unexpected; and therefore:
Abnormal. Thus the abnormal points to the margin, while the
Normal points to the majority; but both speak to emotion:
Something cultured and sporadic; thus, we cannot always
Determine how conscious emotion shall respond.   

This piece leaves out so much, but it touches on something.
