Cup

I wrestle a ghost; a web of thoughts; and so easy black and
White; therefore the grey—bleeds the mind; and something
Cooks: another scar; and something breathes: a printed
Light; and depth the soil, a finger points; and deep the heart,

A neighbor’s prayer; and coach a wound: a wisdom ripe;
And grip a thorn, a hand of blood; and bottles up, a faint
Escape: an engine warm: a falling fence; and bias love, a
Famous sore: the reign of death: a need to flee; for dirt and

Mud, a need to rinse: a filthy car: a feeling tense; and
Needle thin—the width of joy: a kitschy art: a touch and go;
And golden cup, a ringing bell: the price of life: an aqua
Hell; and phantom tears, a deep repent: a color fey: an
Angel’s tint; and sky to heart, a must forgive: despite the hurt—
And flaming sin.
