DADDY AND DAUGHTER

Too big for Daddy's arms now and can't be carried
Daddy remembers her birth soon after getting married
Both his wife and he agreed on a name at last
The childhood of his daughter going by so fast

At school his daughter obtained all top marks
She took a year off to swim with the sharks
Upon her return she left home for London town
Got a great job and didn't let her Daddy down

Time moves on and it never stands still
Daddy got older and became quite ill
His daughter left her job to care for her Dad
The best man in her life that she ever had
