Daddy's Baby Girl

I know that you are thirteen now,
Your a beautiful young lady,
But even though we stand eye to eye,
You'll forever be my baby,
I know things are confusing,
Our lives are upside down,
Keep on reaching for the stars,
With both feet on the ground,
Your as beautiful as the sunset,
On the California Coast,
Im so sorry daddy can't not there,
When you need me the most,
Im sorry I wont be there,
I will miss my chance,
To dance with my baby girl,
At the Father-Daughter dance,
Im sorry bout me and your mom,
We simply grew apart,
We both did the best we could,
She will forever be in my heart,
Im not ever giving up,
You know your daddy better,
I miss you so much,
A tear fell on every letter....
