Dandelion Seeds

A little poem about dandelions.

Dandelion Seeds

I flutter along the grassy fields
A little pond below being concealed

The wind is blowing and I'm going faster
I fall down and I quickly vaster

I spread and spread till the clock hits three
Oh how I feel so free

Wait a few weeks and then I am bloomed
Little children come and toss me, and soonly I am doomed

Though as it may seem I am gone
I quickly shudder back upon

I grow faster each time
And spread with prime.
