Dark Dweller

Dark Dweller

For all the no ones
The ones that know

It's all underpinned

By the pain I failed to show

I'm sorry I needed more

I'm sorry I failed to see

The light isn't out

It all belonged to me

To point it where it hurts

I dared to self be

At one with the dweller

My shadow told me truths where my mind couldn't lie

Too surrendered to fight

Too alive to die

Shadow self to me:

Now we are at one

You're true self you've become

Accepting all flaws

Strength has begun

The world is myself

My eyes my imprint

Mirrors in the mind

Will not trick me this time

My demons are mine
