DARK GLASSES HIDDEN SECRETS

She wore dark glasses into town today
Looked like a fifties film star I have to say
Wore them for a reason secrets to hide
Nobody knew what she's thinking inside

The dark glasses covered her pretty eyes
She thought that very sensible and wise
I can't see her clearly but she can see me
Hidden secrets that much I can guarantee

She got some looks from the town folk
Some thought it was a prank and a joke
Dark glasses hide her from the outside
She's still got her dignity and her pride
