Standing alone
No one to trust

The past starts to overwhelm me 
My future starts to fade away

Calling for my savior
Yet no one answers

Abandoned
Just stuck with my demons

They whisper so I cover my ears
They show their face so I close my eyes
They ween into my brain and they start to speak for me
They take control and it's hard to stop them
I open my eyes and kneel before them

Sentenced to a life of imprisonment
A life full of unsatisfaction
Unhappiness
Trapped in a place of no return
Filled with hatred and weakness

A place of darkness 
And of fear
He isn't under my bed
But within me 
In a place of no escape
