Poem -

dawn to dusk

in the west the sun sinks low, with the reddest of sky to say of the fine day to come .in the east mother moon starts to rise ,a full moon I see will she battle at my mind like she does at the end of every month tall gum trees sway in the eve breeze the hay shed lays bare as the stallion prances up the rail fence and screams to the mares yearlings  feed alone now weened from there mums smeally  the golden retriever pup plays at my feet  young magpies screech  for a last feed  frogs croak  from the reeds of the dam  a sound so sweet  the wind in the trees is like a number one song to me  so relaxing possums start to meet the moon light  high in the gum trees carrellers scream as they fly home  the bats fly around the light as they feed upon the insects  the dingo cross yaps to his  master for his dinner  I am at peace at this time evan tho im alone
