Poem -

DEAD AIR

About You
I have nightmares

Heart.
~~~~~
Clutching.
~~~~~~~
Nightmares.
~~~~~~~~~
Running backwards
Grasping backwards
Yelling keep up
Grasping you
In my nightmares
Racing forward
Moving onward
Calling you
Straining forward
Fastly forward
Too fucking forward
Well ahead
Yelling Wait Wait
Waking... Wait... Wait...
Sprinting dead air
In my bed
M ~
Hi Marion, sorry I have been away. I think having this in bold really impacts the intent of the piece. For these are the dreams that leave us in turmoil. They are shocking and yet we are forced to play them out in sleep. You captured that perfectly here
All the very best
xx ❤️
