Poem -

DEAD ALREADY--- THEN WHO AM I

DEAD ALREADY--- THEN WHO AM I

Names only the darkest dare read
light never created the bleed
carved without sight
hidden in such cryptic flight

Names
they lay unseen birthed without the womb
scattered as history buries all which wounds
no iron or steel
golden crowns on crested flags

Names
only the hunted find
reaching beyond the human skyline
daunted doubt hangs
on executed conversations
in burnt staggered cloud

Names
empty broken chairs
withhold all the lost secret stares
letters bleached
upon the caskets bare

Names
and just the dark
to see if im already there

So dark!  I have read this a few times and find it very deep and very dark. Well written
