Poem -

Dead End

I'll walk with you if you talk with me.
Our path lies straight as far as I can see,
But your persistent to take the lead and call me friend.
I thought that was a fork in the road but yet not another dead end.

I wander lost alone.
Feet punished on this street of jutted stone,
But i'm quick in moving on to find someone else to store my praise.
Only quickly involved with new trouble thats lead me deep into a maze.

So hesitant now after some settling years.
To put all my feelings in one stock, upcoming journeys induce my fears,
But once more my path lies straight and I walk with someone who talks to me again.
Avoiding the forks in the road especially the dead ends.
