Poem -

Deaf ears

I cry for help,
But it falls upon deaf ears.Β
Not one person cares to see my tears.Β
I wished more than anything that I wouldn't be stuck here.Β
Everything is for a reason.Β
What's my reason to be so near?Β
Near a deathly disease that haunts me so vigorously.
It sucks you in dry.
It feeds off your soul.
Wiping away every ounce of hope.
It sends a chill down your spine full of fear.
Nothing compares to the disease carried here.
Only In this place do you feel stuck.Β
Constrained against your own will.
No one can save you,Β
Because a cry for help always falls upon deaf ears.
