Death's Final Kiss

The master who should arrive at midnight
It's patience grew thin and begin to leak dry
It heard a great cry from the starry-filled sky
It's heartbeat pumped faster and screamed out disaster
That shall bring forth a cold shrieking scream past her
All to prepare for the master,
The master who should arrive at midnight
An old Chevrolet pulled up at the door
A woman stepped out and shouted, "No More!"
She heaved out her cane and walked up in vein
To see who had caused her this riot of pain
All of this for the master,
The master who arrived at midnight
It approached the woman and smiled a great smile
It whispered, "You shall suffer no more my child."
It gave her a kiss, and sooner than this
She was taken and lifted in a heavenly bliss
Death had taken the master,
The master who had arrived at midnight
