Deaths night walk

Deaths night walk

In the city of millions
Each step on the pavement resounds in the chillย
Each stars gleams as trembling hands stroke the air soย
Silent community standsย
No chattering television quibbling of moneyย
No voices consume the night
Darkness swallows the piteous office lights ย
Chattering teeth sound as Mini drumsย
Across the death wedded boulevardsย
A breath so crisp as to be a scream
I have taken in spite of all
In the city of millionsย
Where corpses whisperย
Death, she, wander lonelyย
