Poem -

Death's Ready...

Don't let me be found
Somewhere out in the street
Where no one knows me
But lay me six feet deep

Let me be settled
Please, no family feud
What I have is yours
Please, no smile for your frown

(I'll rest after I'm viewed)

I must look good
When my life is over
Let my legacy
Be what you uncover

Its my last lesson
I showed you how to live
And now by God's grace
I'll show you how to die

Now I walk that way
Those who have gone before
Yes, I will be back
Cause my sins, Jesus bore

My resting place fixed
I'm a child of the King
Don't let me be found
Where dead folks can not sing
