Poem -
Decades of dreams π
I traversed through time within decades of dreams
Where rivers rolled on down the valleys and streams
And I lapped up my childhood like Cats with their creams
Living the life of exciting extremes
Building sandcastles and Snowmen in July and December
Yon decades of dreams was a joy I remember
Starting new school terms each and every September
Then I danced tilβ I dropped in nighttimes of splendour
So my years have raced by like a bird on the wing
At only nineteen I was wed, wearing my golden ring
Then twice, trios of tiny tots was my everything
Now que sera sera will determine what my destiny will bringβ¦

I might in the future (no promises at this moment) enrol to Passion of Poetry to test the water and all that.
