Decision Time

Decision Time

I see the storm in the distance.
Should I run and hide?
Do I stay and face my fear?
Should I worry as with tears?

Am I strong enough?
Have I got what it takes to stand?
Is the wind going to knock me down?
Can I recover after its end?

All these questions in my mind.
I see the lightning in the sky.
Deciding now on what to do.
This is hard, but I must choose.

I'll pray to God and then just rest.
He'll help me, I now profess.
Waiting now is what's in store.
In this test, I'll trust Him more.
