By Definition

Many of us believe
we are defined
by what we do.

I, on the other hand,
choose to believe
we are defined
by what we love.

Love exposes our inner soul,
our passion, compassion,
kindness, unselfishness.

This is the person
I choose to be,
and the one
I want the world to know.
