Poem -

Deliver my Soul through pure flames of hell.

O Ecstasy,
Weeping and laughingΒ
with mad bursts of energy
Being in love with no one to love
Exquisite pain of yearning
Rips every cell
Is this what they mean by burning?
Deliver my Soul through pure flames of hell.
What is to desire?
Sweet peace of mind
Or follicles tingling craving release
From love of the yearning
The burning
And unrequitedness?
Say nothing sweet friendsΒ
For I will not hear
suggestions for pulling my Kite from the skies
I soar in the Galaxies
Being burned by the Stars
Still I shall fly β€˜til nothing is left
Of this mortal body
And my Soul is set free
To return home to thee
O Beloved, Beloved of all.

Hey PATRICIA!!.... this is VERY well crafted.....I REALLY like all the phrasing ping-ponging off of each other to build into the place where God is present and forgiving..... Being alone and experiencing Love regardless of circumstance..... brilliant subject matter..... well conveyed!!.......ALL STARS!!..... well done dear poet sister!!........LOVE & ROCKETS!........T xo
