That's what they say.
They say that's when your fears go away.
They say it's when your mind is at rest.
But the demons come;
They're always there...
Sneaking, hiding,
You're barely aware.

The shadows, The voices, The monsters!
Yes, They all come.
They come when you're sleeping and your reflexes are numb.
They wait for the moment when your dreams are the best..
And out like a light they extinguish the rest.

They look through your mind, see how to scare..
And then they strike!
Oh how you're so unaware.
You scream and fight but you may as well give up..
Cause the demons are here and they've devoured your luck.

So yes go to sleep,
Yes do what they say.
