Did You Notice
Do you notice?
All is an opaque gem
All of it made me numb
My eyes longing for a look
My hands trembling to caress
My body bent like a sheppard’s crook
My mind seems to obsess
The tear streaked face quaking
The shudder in my shoulders seems to drag on
The heart breaking
The world gone
All that I am
All that I can become
