Differences

Dreams can be terribly dangerous things

Sometimes they can be all inspiring

Mostly they are just terrifying

They say hope for the best but expect the worst

Generally the bad always comes first

Reach for the stars, nothing is impossible

Not impossible huh?? Then highly improbable

Plenty of people don't know the meaning of struggle

The ones with nothing more than chores and dinner to juggle

They are the one with all these "encouraging" words 

I say leave your advice to the birds

Alot of people couldn't handle HALF of what I've been through

Yet you have the nerve to think I'm gonna listen to you??

Walk a mile in my shoes and we'll see if your still standing

Most likely you'll be standing on the edge of that landing

Strong will, strong backbone, closed off heart is what I've gotten

The memories of dreams replaced by reality are long forgotten
