Discovery of Colour

Discovery of Colour

Eyes widen with the view of the hues
Purple orange red and blues

Excited stares; fixated

A fusion of pigment, blended together
Each marking the sky with news of the weather

Mornings' decorative gift, peach sorbet or blue lagoon

Shifting clouds and charcoal tones, darkness comes soon

Palletes never ending, a spectrum to behold - each day a new painting, never bought, never sold.

The discovery of colour, for who did this unfold?
