~ DISTANT KISSES ~
I know we have not met
And yet, I am driven to ask...
Will you meet me in the mist of my love's intent
As you pass through my soul
With each kiss that emits
Such happiness
Deep into my quintessence,
Where my love for you
Comes rolling in
Like London fog
Laying lightly across the entrance,
To the distant movement
Of happy tears
And your heart drawing mine
Closer to the shore
Of love's loving
Fireside embraces?
With long kisses stretching
From each zenith
Of the warmth I feel
When you're near
To those quietly coursing,
Emotion filled,
And perfectly perfumed,
Distant,
Kisses,
Will you?

this is such a spiritually charged love note. Where love is drawn deep from within the soul, so powerful that even distance doesn’t hinder the heart. Elegantly written. I loved how you used the rolling fog to describe your emotions of love. It gave a beautiful visual for the reader. This is a sensual, well crafted poem. Truly lovely to read my friend
