Thoughts, yes they are our path of shadows 

In the insanity of broken minds 

The visions of sorrows past appear 

Smothering all my emotions into emptiness 

And polluting thoughts pouring like rain 

Drowning in my despair gasping for air 

Path of shadows follows into black nothingness 

Nameless faces tracing circles in mirrors in time 

Thoughts!  Thoughts!  Thoughts!

Madness!  Madness!  Madness!

Words!  Words!  Words! Yes..insanity 

Always thoughts simmering and brewing 

We are the disturbed dark ones 

Misunderstood , outcasts and alone 

We all suffocate in our demise 

Challenging our demons inside 

We each have our stories 

Our sorrows past of misery 

We hold the secret inside 

We all carry our scars

Screaming demons within
