You Don't Know

You Don't Know

Some people go on with their jobs,
Without receiving any perks,
So you don't know how close someone is,
From up and quitting their work.

Some people hide family emotions,
And things start taking their toll,
So you don't know how close someone is,
From walking away from it all.

Some people are teetering on the edge,
Or they could be under so much strife,
So you don't know how close someone is,
From abruptly ending their life.

Each person maybe suffering,
With demons that you can't see,
Your comment could be the tipping point,
On a war within that they cannot flee.
