Do you know God?

Awaken but sleeping.. eyes not focused on Christ, we seem full but still need that fulfillment

of thirst, not getting it cause we decide we have other things that come before

and He is put second when he should be first,

Wanting to be stronger but we continue a repetition of a weaken mindset,

why haven’t we found out and realized that He is more important yet,

feeling our life go down in flames.

The heat of the sweat pours; instead of calling upon Him when we are in too deep,

we engulf problems and stress by igniting our sin with past burnt sores,

why can’t we open our eyes and see the bigger picture that God has painted for us?

The narrow canvas of our righteous and holy existence that we were meant

to be brought up in; the life that can lead us down a path of happy jubilant

moments and from the blessings we can win..

Love God hate sin.. Cast away the faults and depression and know him..
