Poem -

dont go yet

your life is my soul

your life is my time

i can not do without you

you are mine

do not leave me now

its not time to go

please please

we have time i know

we all love you

please do not  go yet

but if you have to the lord is your taker

i will accept this is the time to meet your maker

i love you

we all love you

and never ever will i forget

the love and love and love we had

just please do not go yet

Wow Tina,

Had the hair standing up on my arms almost as though the poet was actually speaking their last words to a loved one lying in their finale state of slumber and one who has resigned in their fight to their illness host....in order to be endowed with the gift of forever lasting life, which is guaranteed and  what awaits them in their after math. For every one door that  closes, another opens indelibly  in its awake, a better one and one with all the amenities of a life well worth living, to its fullest, just to accompany the new one that was (promised), to come.....An attention grabber for sure. and with a whole lot of feeling protruding from it...Nice poem Tina a loved one well missed but forgotten, (not to be)...

Kind regards,

Jim
