THE DOOR IS OPEN
Last night we said our goodbyesÂ
From across the floorÂ
My heart was brokenÂ
As you walked out the doorÂ
Seems our romance has reached its limit
Now all we can say to each otherÂ
Is forget itÂ
I hope you find loveÂ
Wherever you may goÂ
Someone who will treat you kindÂ
And make your face glow
But if for some reasonÂ
Love causes you to rome
I've left the door openÂ
You can always come back homeÂ
