Doorway To The Soul

You opened a door into my soul and walked through,

To change perception, analysing each misplaced view.

You took away flaws of doubt, mistrust and insecurity,

So I scrambled to understand what happened to me !

You pulled me back from the brink of assured disaster,

To show me that kindness, faith and hope are master.

Why I allowed so much to affect my path is a mystery,

But you appeared in time to set a reappraised priority !

Now I am no longer so focused on myself or so insular,

I broaden my horizons looking with hope to the future !

Now I'm intent on spending life in your blessed company,

As you are the guide who'll take me on a joyous journey !
