DOUBLE ACTS

I think of the many double acts throughout the years 
So many have brought me enjoyment, laughter and tears
Simon and Garfunkel were a fine singing pair
Many hit songs including Scarborough Fair

Let's turn our attention to the funny guys 
Who can forget Laurel and Hardy, Morecombe and Wise
In crime now and there was a historical twosome
Bonnie and Clyde spring to mind as particularly gruesome 

If you go into an aeroplane and go flying today
This wouldn't happen if the Wright Brothers didn't have their say
So you can see double acts have occurred since time began 
I would like to thank them all every woman and man
