Down beside the sea 💙
I strolled the sandy shores today and the stormy wind she blew
As Seagulls swooped and screeched in a squawking hullabaloo
But that horizon was like sweet candy to my eyes with such a sensational view
Smithereens of shimmering silvery blue spangled amongst a turquoise hue..

If I lived at the coast I would walk those beaches everyday
That awesome ambience just blows my mind away
Soaking up oceanic aromas and yon spluttering sea spray
Watching little boats bobbing back and forth betwixt the marina quay..
~
My favourite place in the whole wide world is down beside the salty sea
There is absolutely nowhere else that invigorates me
So on every given opportunity well this is where I will be
Kicking up that silky sandiness rambling free..
