DR. JEKYLL MR. HYDE

Now I know there's two of you
Shocked I'm not by the things you do
Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde
Which one will I see inside
Which one of you will come out to play
Which personality will you be today
Two people inside your head
Which one is in my bed
Dr. Jekyll so sincere
Mr. Hyde creating fear
Mr. Hyde here more and more
Shaking me down to my core
With this potion I see you drink
Dr. Jekyll can no longer think
Mr. Hyde here to stay
Dr. Jekylls gone away

I have a feeling the "potion" you refer to in this well expressed piece is a metaphor for alcohol, Scarlet Ann.
Some people become a completely different person when they drink than when they're sober. It's like flipping a switch–almost like they have two separate personalities.
Scary...?
Nicely penned.
