Coz gonna do a detox

Lets think, I need fresh lemons
Fresh herbs, eucalyptus leaf
I’m not done yet Oh goodness grief

Loads of oranges for vitamin C
Fatty & oily fish for vitamin D
Oh yes I need nuts, seeds & cereals for vitamin E
Well thats enough to begin with
This lot should help me

A nice steamy inhalation to clear my blocked tubes
Will boil water for a drink & I’ll add oxo cubes

Shall have my feet nice & cozy
But keep my brow very cool
I’ve got a grand pair socks
Thats made of pure wool

Who needs antibiotics anyways
I’ll cure myself with this lot
Within a couple of days
