Draconis

Draconis

Teardrops of flame
Spiraling through my universe.
Grown from a tender youth,
I flex my leathery wings;
float, glide and soar
Never slow enough to be seen
Such is my demeanor
Perhaps those who are truly keen?
May hope to discover
My mythical prowess
Draconis

It is indeed a reference to The Draco Galaxy, though I am also influenced by the Dragons of Pern series or literature.  I'm very glad you like this :)
