Dream
I dream of a better life
Of moments of joy
Of chances smile instead of cry
Of spending a day away from sorrow
Just one chance to not cry
Of days spent just relaxing
Days without this stress
I miss the days of simplistic joy
And days without a tear.

LJ...very emotional write. The reader feels and can envision your yearning for those things that offer comfort and joy in a place that seems empty of a simple emotion like happiness...where smile are given easily and sincerely. Yes, I too, want days without tears.
