I dreamt i let you go
& in that moment of madness
My soul washed ashore
Unable to breath
beneath the waves of our ocean
Such depths of heart
Lay sinking inside my soul

& in that moment of silence
The empire we built
came crashing down around
My heartbeat ~
coating our love in dust

I dreamt i let you go
& within my aching tears
Fires burned my flesh to bones
Vanishing your fingerprints
~ Like a lost night
Without a moon to confide

I dreamt i let you go
~That night i died inside

I wish to never sleep again
To dream again~
beyond our loving hope .
